How do I return or exchange merchandise ordered from EBR Racewear?
At EBR Racewear we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item(s) please complete the return/exchange information found in your original shipment and return along with a copy of the original invoice with your shipment. For returns, we will credit your account, less any shipping charges, for items returned within 30 days of your original invoice date. You may send your prepaid, insured package to:

Packages must be returned pre-paid. We cannot accept COD returns. We will only accept returns that have the original invoice included. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
What happens if I place an order and EBR Racewear does not have it in stock?
While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of inventory, occasionally we are out of certain items. If you order something that is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, your order will be processed once we receive the item(s) and ship to you. If you do not wish to wait, you can cancel your order at any time.

How long after I place my order will it be shipped?
In most cases, your order should be processed within 2 business days. All orders will be shipped via UPS. If you choose UPS overnight service, the delivery will be made the first business day after shipping. If you choose UPS 2nd Day, the delivery will be made 2 business days from the date of shipment. If you choose UPS Ground, the delivery will be made 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment . We will make every effort to deliver your entire order in one shipment. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require Air Delivery which is an additional $13.50 surcharge.
